Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the culinary experiences of Jewish emigrants in Palestine and (after 1948) Israel. The author analyzes texts from the interwar Polish-Jewish press as well as literary works. Additionally, the author analyzes literary texts about Jewish emigration to other countries.
