Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with the scientific research and publication activities of the Slovak language section at the Department of European Languages of the Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales (Inalco) in Paris in the present period, i.e. for the last twenty years (2003 – 2023). Specifically, projects and publications in the following areas are presented: didactics of Slovak as a foreign language, morphosyntax, linguistics, morphology. Perspectives for further research in all of the above areas are also outlined.
