Summary/Abstract: Drug-induced dermatoses are a serious medical issue with varying incidence and severity across different populations. Understanding the epidemiology, risk factors, and clinical manifestations of these reactions is essential for their effective management and prevention. Reactions range from mild to life-threatening, with antibiotics, NSAIDs, and antiepileptic drugs being among the most common culprits. This article presents a synthesized analysis of data from literature reviews, observational studies, and patient registries to assess the incidence, patterns, and risk factors associated with drug-induced dermatoses. Key databases such as MEDLINE, Embase, and National Drug Allergy Registries were used for a comprehensive analysis.
