Summary/Abstract: The dynamic world in which we live requires a change in the learning environment, which should be oriented towards reality. Education needs teaching and learning methods that are based on multi-level connections between different aspects of life. Thanks to STEM and STEAM approaches, favorable conditions for the development of children's artistic and creative abilities, skills for critical thinking, analysis, research and tracking of interrelationships between individual disciplines and spheres of knowledge are formed, by creating an appropriate educational environment and educational infrastructure that focus on the practical application of the studied theory and the student is placed in an active position – a person who creates creativity through art.
