Summary/Abstract: Currently, the category of information is one of key issues, encompassing both biological and phys-ical processes. In this context, various aspects of information in relation to matter and energy areexplored. The article attempts to specify a comprehensive model regarding the steering role ofinformation in the development of the universe. In this introductory approach, information hasbeen equated to the quantum equivalence of matter and energy, expressed through the equationE ⇌ imc2. This approach provides a methodological foundation for understanding the meaningand role of information as a causal factor that encompasses both the static and dynamic develop-ment of the universe, as well as the unity of physical and biological phenomena as an informationalwhole.
