Summary/Abstract: This paper focuses on the great contribution made to the National Movement by the Albanian patriots who lived in the city of Manastir, a contribution that culminated in the creation of the Club that bore the city's name. The special feature of this paper is the fact that the source and documentary base refers not only to Albanian archival sources and monographs of Albanian authors, but also to magazines published outside Albanian territory and monographs of foreign authors, especially Turkish ones. Despite the fact that elaborate research has been done on the contribution of Manastir Club, by comparing the research of local and foreign authors, this paper aims to complete the historical framework of that period. Additionally, this paper presents the different perspectives of the press, Albanian and foreign authors on the effort that the Albanian patriots put in the spreading of education as well as their contribution on the Albanian National Movement. Immediately after the victory of the Young Turks Revolution, the Albanians set up their own committees in order to better organize the national movement. As a domino effect, from the way these movements spread, Manastir could not be left out. The foundation for this organized national event had already been created years ago. Since 1905, a revolutionary core of the Albanian movement was created in this city, which had openly worked towards getting more national rights. During the research work for this paper, qualitative methods were used, as well as descriptive and analytical research.
