Summary/Abstract: In this article, we propose to make a retrospective analysis of the conceptual ideas related to interpersonal relationships and the phenomenon of psychological well-being of students in educational institutions - a subject that arouses more and more interest in the public space, being studied in a wide range of disciplines, age groups, cultures, communities and countries. The object of the research also reflects the influence of well-being on the interpersonal relationships between students, student-teachers, student-managers through the prism of new intellectual challenges, which manifest themselves in psycho-emotional or behavioral terms. An essential component for improving the quality of the learning process and promoting the well-being of students is also the focus on certain experiences and models, which tend, through the prism of individual values, to influence the successes and preferences of people by experiencing positive emotions, pleasure, optimism and meaningful life, which orients to the future. At the same time, the text addresses the importance of psychological intervention - a component of the instructive-educational process, which marks a higher level in the spiral of the modernization of activating didactic strategies in the general education system, represents mechanisms, methods and procedures, adjusted to the specific requirements of the relational field and in the student's evolutionary interest.
