Summary/Abstract: Lately we have been experiencing decline in students´ interest in terms of physical education and sport; we observe efforts to implement various alternative sports into educational process. Nowadays, the students are interested in sport activities of unusual character. One of the highly motivational activity might be sport climbing. The number of climbing walls rises rather quickly, which opens new possibilities to implement sport climbing into curricula of the educational process. In order to apply this sport into practice, it is necessary to know the climbing technique and learn methods for proper execution. Every teacher, who implements bouldering into the educational process should know basic principles and correct methods for its realization. In the presented papers, we offer the analysis of climbing movements and their proper executions. We present technical executions of body positions, upper and lower extremities movements with descriptions and consequently specific drill exercises with variants. We also present the common mistakes during the execution of individual movements and consequently offer exercises for their elimination. All the descriptions are supplied with original photos. We discuss ways and types of gripping and their correct execution in practice, which many times lead to chronical injuries. Our intention with this article was to contribute to better training of bouldering during physical education classes, by means of instructing teachers how to perform quality methodology.
