Vocational Rehabilitation of the Peoples with Disabilities in the Poviat of Radom

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the activities of the Poviat in Radom in eliminating a transport and educational barriers encountered by people with disabilities. Furthermore, the role of Occupational Therapy Workshops in the field of occupational rehabilitation and the work of the Poviat Labor Office in the field of co-financing for setting up business activity and co-financing for practice of the people with disabilities were presented. In the end, the author presented suggestions for recommendations leading to more effective vocational rehabilitation of disabled inhabitants of the poviat.
