Aspects of the Moldovan Investment Policy Transformation in the Pandemic Context

Summary/Abstract: In this article, based on an analysis of the content of the investment policy, changes in its environment caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, and the experience of a number of countries in overcoming it, some ways of transforming the state investment policy in the Republic of Moldova in the context of the coronavirus and in the post-pandemic period are considered. The complex nature and elements of investment policy are shown. The dual nature of the impact of the pandemic on investments is analyzed and, on this basis, some directions for reforming the investment policy of the Republic of Moldova are argued in order to support investors, increase the volume of attracted investments, reduce investment shocks and use new opportunities to attract investments.
