Summary/Abstract: The report examines the new moments in the security paradigm from a sociological perspective. The main thesis is related to the unsatisfactory understanding of security as military or intelligence security. Quite the opposite: tanks, planes and drones no longer mean security. The negative sides of new social phenomena such as social networks, fake news, the use o f artificial intelligence redefine the concept o f security. The thesis is defended that a new security paradigm is needed, reflecting new social realities. The way out, according to the author, is a social action related to the refrain „back to nature“ (of man), if we use the French Enlightenment.
