Summary/Abstract: This report aims to analyse the role of intrapreneurial skills for the successful integration of young people into the labour market in Bulgaria. A brief overview of the situation and dynamics of the youth economic activity, employment and unemployment in the country in recent years has been made and the main areas of vulnerability of young people in the labour market in our country have been identified. The prospects for the development of intrapreneurial skills among young people are placed in the context of entrepreneurship education and training and the challenges related to motivation and organisational environment.
