Djeca spadaju u najranjivije kategorije stanovništva, budući da zbog svojih psihofizičkih osobina nisu u prilici zadovoljavati potrebe samostalno. To ih u popunosti čini ovisnima o drugim odraslim osobama.

Learning disability; It is the difficulty in one or more of the reading, writing, speaking and arithmetic skills in a normal or gifted individual who has a brain injury or not, who has problems in academic skills. Learning disabilities were included in the special education category in the United States in 1975. Although it is believed that the cause of learning disability is due to the function of the brain and four factors, a definite cause is not known yet. These four factors are; organic, genetic, environmental causes and biochemical disorders. Students with learning disabilities constitute the largest area in special education. 50.5% of children in need of special education are classified as learning disabilities. School-age students with learning disabilities constitute 4.5%. Students with learning disabilities are most likely to have failures in reading, reading comprehension, writing and mathematics. In addition, problems can be seen in areas such as motivation, poor social skills, language, attention and perception. As a result of the researches, it was concluded that two teaching methods can be effective. These methods are; direct instruction method and cognitive strategy instruction. Direct teaching method; It is a gradual method in which the responsibility of teaching begins with the teacher and is transferred to the student, which involves presenting the topics in small steps, followed by frequent checks in order to determine how much students benefit from their presentations. Cognitive strategy teaching is effective in teaching complex academic skills such as reading comprehension and written expression, and solving mathematical problems. There are some instructional elements in this strategy. These; providing supporters, providing reminders to remember the strategy steps, giving place to interactive dialogues and developing metacognitive knowledge. In primary education, there should be instructional arrangements for students with learning disabilities. There are effective instructional arrangements and approaches to be applied in the fields of primary literacy, reading comprehension, writing, mathematics teaching and Life Sciences, Science and Social Studies.

The war and internal unrest in the neighboring countries of Turkey lead to mass migration towards Turkey. Schools are important institutions in providing social harmony. These migrations require the restructuring in the education system and schools with a new understanding. In order to create equal education opportunities for students from different races, beliefs, ethnic structures and social groups, it is necessary to restructure the school environment. In this context, the inclusive education approach, which is accepted as an educational approach that aims to respect others, to be sensitive to different thoughts and lifestyles, should be adopted. In this way, a new structure should be initiated to respond to the different requirements of the learners, to increase their participation in education, culture and society and to decrease discrimination within the education system. In this respect, national and international collaborations are established, trainings are organized, various educational resources and guide books are produced (Öztürk, Cengiz, Köksal, İrez, 2017).

The old conceptual approach known as the "traditional paradigm of education", according to which the professor or teacher thinks and orders, and the students only execute, is becoming a thing of the past. The environment is too dynamic and full of changes for the classical approach to learning and teaching to remain viable and usable in human life. It follows that everyone, both teachers and students, must learn, that is, be ready for the integrative process of lifelong learning. Lifelong learning implies the integration of formal, non-formal and informal learning in order to acquire opportunities for continuous improvement of the quality of life. Young people who are educated within the institutions of the education system in Bosnia and Herzegovina are forced to constantly change and improve their own habits, abilities and skills in order to be as competitive as possible on the labor market.

A special problem in regular schools is that all children who have been found to experience or have certain difficulties or special needs are not categorized. In this case, teachers and professional staff do not have any formal obligation to adjust the curriculum. This implies that these students are only integrated, but not included in the teaching process, which is created according to their individual needs and development possibilities. In this paper, the issue of adequate implementation of inclusive educational work is analyzed, with a special emphasis on the importance of including children with disabilities in inclusive education, the role of teachers in the implementation of the inclusive educational process, and the importance of educators', teachers' and teachers' attitudes towards children with disabilities. in development and their inclusion. In addition, the importance and highlighted role of teachers and all other actors of the educational process in achieving the proclaimed goals of social inclusion of children with developmental disabilities was emphasized.

The central nervous system is responsible for the functioning of any part of the human organism. All our functions - movement, breathing, feeding, thought processes, speech, perception, etc. they are under the control of the central nervous system. Speech is one of the higher nervous functions that distinguishes us from other living beings. With the help of speech, we express our thoughts and feelings. Through movement, we get to know the world around us and perform the activities we need for life and leisure. Through perception and senses, we get to know the world around us, its structure and texture, heat, colors, tones, tastes and smells. That is, without all these functions, human life would be completely different. However, on the other hand, there are also disorders of these functions that are caused by injuries, diseases and degenerative conditions, namely: aphasia, apraxia and agnosia. The achievement of religious education at the preschool level is primarily responsible of the kindergarten, but the family also has an important role in the study by preschoolers of the elements of religious education. Kindergarten and family have a decisive role in achieving religious education at the pre-school level, but the community is also responsible for the moral-religious formation of preschoolers. Together with parents and teachers, community representatives must shape the souls of children by conveying their faith in God. The moral-religious development of children is responsible for several institutions within the community, such as the church, town hall, police, etc., the church being the institution with a major role in this sense. The kindergarten interacts with the family, but also with representatives of important institutions in the community, such as the school principal, the priest, the family doctor, the mayor, the police officer. All these relationships established with these partners lead to the moral and religious development of the child. The community plays an important role in children's education, as it helps to transmit knowledge and attitudes that can clearly guide the life of every member of the community. In the implementation of religious education in kindergarten it is important to have collaboration between teachers and community representatives. In order to effectively carry out educational activities of a religious nature, it is important that the educator also invites community representatives to participate in such activities, so that together they can work on the moral-religious development of children. How much community representatives consider studying religious content at the preschool level to be very important is the question that led to a research that used a questionnaire as the main tool.
