Summary/Abstract: Amidst the ongoing conflict with the Wild Field, Ukrainians find themselves in a prolonged struggle that has lasted for thousands of years, now seemingly approaching its climax. Volunteers, initially signing up for short-term service, face the harsh reality of extended commitments, transforming from soldiers to truck drivers and drone operators. The war effort, heavily reliant on public donations, faces financial strain as resources dwindle and government support remains insufficient. Cultural and historical reflections reveal the deep-rooted resilience and adaptability of the Ukrainian people, who have always chosen the frontier over subjugation. This enduring spirit is evident in the sacrifices made by soldiers, the mobilization of resources, and the unwavering determination to defend their homeland. The narrative underscores the importance of understanding the historical context of the conflict and the unique position of Ukraine in the broader geopolitical landscape.
