Summary/Abstract: The paper analyzes critical success factors and enablers for the maturity assessment of Quality 4.0 implementations. The emphasis is on how digital transformation technologies have impacted human resource processes and how technology and quality are related. This study presents a literature review on Quality 4.0 and provides an overview of the key issues and future perspectives for quality management in the digital era. The research results contribute to the digitalization and quality literature and a holistic approach that should be composed of CSFs and Enablers. No previous studies have been identified that provide a holistic analysis.
