Summary/Abstract: The digital age has brought about significant upheavals in the functioning and structure of organizations worldwide. This article investigates the impact of digitalization on the performance of Human Resources (HR) within companies listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange in Morocco. The adopted methodology is based on structural equation modeling. In this regard, a survey was conducted among the HR departments of 70 companies listed in Casablanca. The results show significant correlations between the implementation of digital technologies in HR processes and an improvement in the performance of these departments. This article highlights the importance of digitalization as a strategic lever to enhance the efficiency of HR functions while underscoring the unique challenges faced in the Moroccan context. These findings provide valuable insights for practitioners and decision-makers looking to optimize their HR strategies in the digital age.
